Marvellous location in wildlife, loved it. Alfonso was the best host ever. The breakfast was great with a huge variety of meals.

Unique location on a coffee and cocoa farm with untouched forest and river access. Fabulous staff, especially Alfonso, who is exceptionally helpful and hospitable. Loads of wildlife to see, including wild pigs, snakes, birds, and frogs. Breakfast is lovely. Convenient place to stay if rafting, as the river access is here. Easy to reach by public bus on the Siquirres-Turrialba route.

Cabin is close to the road, so it can be noisy. A car is recommended, especially if staying for more than one night.

We had a great stay in Tres Equis just next door to river, and forest. The staff was accommodating and we met the owner.

The apartment was clean and conveniently located near a cocoa farm and untouched forest, making it a great place to experience nature, and we had a fantastic host, Alfonso.

Fantastic farm experience surrounded by nature! We loved exploring the huge hotel and hearing the sounds of the farm animals. The cabin was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Ground coffee from the farm was a good touch. Alfonso, our host, was cute and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Only minor drawbacks were some noisiness from trucks at night and a few cleaning issues. I highly recommend Finca Tres Equis - Farm And Forest for a unique and immersive farm stay.

We had an amazing experience at this farm and forest retreat. the owner, Alfonso, and his team were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had a fantastic stay. the property is vast and stunning, with coffee and cacao plantations, farm animals, a beautiful river, and even a rainforest with a waterfall. We spent our time hiking and exploring the natural wonders around us. It's a nature lover's paradise, and we wished we had stayed longer to truly immerse ourselves in the beauty of the surroundings. Alfonso's passion for conservation is evident, and it adds an extra touch to the whole experience. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.
